For convenience we have made the entry point into the Roaring Kalahari Route in Kuruman, and have demarcated it as Section 1, but you can really join the route at any point. Establishments have been numbered and appear in a logical sequence as can be seen on the interactive map.

 
To make it easier to orientate yourself on any part of the route we have divided it into 4 geographical sections. Each section has been colour coded, named and given an icon.
The information and service providers have been split up and placed under their
relevant sections.
